I started acHRive with a simple yet powerful question:
What makes work truly fulfilling?
For years, I searched for answers... Working in various HR roles, supporting teams, advising organizations, and gaining insight into different work environments.
Each chapter offered valuable lessons, for which I'm deeply grateful.
But over time, I began to notice a recurring theme: smart, capable people who were tired, disconnected, and quietly asking themselves:
