The name acHRive unites achievement and thriving.
I founded it with a simple yet powerful question: What makes work truly fulfilling?
After more than a decade in various HR roles, supporting teams, leaders, and organizations across different work environments, I began to notice a recurring theme: brilliant people who were exhausted, disconnected, and stuck in systems that didn’t support them.
Work shouldn’t drain us! Yet for many people, it often does.
acHRive exists to change that with clarity, intention, and honesty - because clarity reveals what’s really happening, intention guides meaningful action, and honesty creates the trust needed for change.

My Story
I'm a foodie, a bit of a nerd, an extroverted introvert, and a woman with a strong sense of responsibility and a very high work ethic. I take my work seriously, but never forget that we’re all human, and life is meant to be lived with depth, joy, and clarity. I find balance in nature and freedom on the road. I love a good podcast, need time alone to sort my thoughts, and if I ever packed up to relocate, you’d probably find me somewhere in Hawaii, working barefoot with my laptop from a lanai with ocean views, coffee in hand, and a calm breeze reminding me to stay grounded.
For more than 13 years, I’ve worked across startups and global tech companies. I’ve partnered with founders and leadership, built HR structures from scratch, led HR through acquisitions, designed fair and scalable people processes, and guided teams through growth, change, and complexity.

Clear and respectful communication matters to me, and I aim to create a space where it feels safe to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
