Reflect and Realign: What Autumn Teaches Us About Letting Go

Are you feeling the shift of the seasons too? The days are getting shorter. Leaves turn yellow and red. There’s that wonderful breeze of fresh air when you step outside in the morning and sunshine feels like a warm blessing on your skin. Soon, the smell of roasted sweet chestnuts will fill the streets again. You wrap yourself in a warm blanket and know it’s time for a freshly brewed ginger tea… I love autumn! ...not only because it’s my birthday season. 🎃 🎃 🎃
But also because it’s a good time of the year to pause, turn inward, reflect and realign. Consider the picture of falling leaves as a symbolic reminder to let go of what no longer serves us.
What in your life is ready to go, and what deserves to stay? Where do you want to create more space? Do you feel torn about a decision you need to make?
If you’re seeking clarity, whether to untangle your thoughts, make a decision, or simply reconnect with yourself, I’d love to support you in a personal coaching session.
I offer sessions in German and English, creating a space where you can express yourself freely. We will use gentle anchoring tools that help you connect with your inner resources. Anchoring means linking a physical action to a positive inner state so that you can more easily feel grounded, confident, and clear in moments of choice.
Another approach we use is the 4-step model from Sonja Radatz’s Relational Coaching. This tool allows you to look at your situation from different perspectives and integrate the positive aspects of past behavior into new ways forward. Relational Coaching is based on a future-oriented stance: moving away from problems and towards designing the life you want. It assumes that things are not fixed as they “are”, but that they are as we perceive, shape, and experience them. By deliberately shifting perspectives, new options and new paths become visible.
Together, we’ll explore what feels good to keep, what feels safe enough to change, and what might be brave enough to begin anew.
✨ Take your first step toward clarity today, book your coaching session with me and let’s explore what’s next for you. ✨
Warmly,
Marina
